years experience in MS Server 2003, 2008
- 3 - 7
years experience in MS Exchange 2003, 2007
- 3 - 7
years experience in MS SQL Server 2005, 2008
- 3 - 7
years experience in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- 3 - 7
years experience in VMWare
- 3 - 7
years experience in SAN, LAN, and WAN technologies.
- Responsible
for the ongoing implementation, support, operations, monitoring and
documentation of Windows server environment.

- Must have
an Associates degree or a BA or BS with 2 - 4 years of help desk
experience or at least 1 year of desk top leadership experience.
- Customer
service training is a plus.
- Experience
using and troubling shooting MS Windows environments including XP,
Vista, and 7 on a variety of hardware platforms.
- Advanced
training in MS Office Suite.
- MS
certified professional (MS CP).
- MS
certified desk top support technician.
- Duties
include support Tier II & Tier III for all desk top, laptop,
printer, and related equipment.
- Support
is provided by receiving requests for service via the phone, voice
mail, email, walk-up, automated alerts, and types of correspondence.
- Primary
face of IT.
- Responsible
to support the install, moves, adds, changes of desk top and
related equipment.
