Materials Manager (KJ)

  • Must have a BS degree with a MBA preferred.  Minimum experience is 12 - 15 years in a production environment -- five of which are in a recent managerial capacity OR five years of related experience -- two of which are in a recent managerial capacity.
  • Project management and hands on lean manufacturing experience.
  • Strong experience with ERP or MRP.
  • Experience with Oracle or JD Edwards or SAP.
  • Industries of interest are medical, automotive, or aerospace.
  • Purpose of position is the responsibility for managing the materials ordering, planning, and distribution process.  Will be responsible for insuring agreements with suppliers are negotiated and confirmed and material is received and processed throughout production utilizing lean manufacturing principles.     
Regional Sales Manager -- Industrial OEM  (RL) 

Southern CA, Portland, OR, Seattle, WA    

 

  • Must have a BS degree in mechanical engineering and have 5 or more years of OEM sales and national account experience.  
  • Candidate should have demonstrated effective management of manufactures representatives and distributors.  
  • Position covers 11 western states, HI, AK, and two western provinces of Canada.
  • Travel is 50 - 70%.
  • Client is an industry leader in providing engineered solutions to problems related to airborne noise control, structural vibration, shock and personal comfort. 
  • Client manufacturers PVC, urethane and thermoplastic elastomers, foams and molded parts engineered to meet the requirements of the client's application.      
Maintenance Manager (BB) 

Indianapolis, IN    

 

  • Must have a BS degree and a minimum of 7 years in a manufacturing maintenance field with 3 - 5 years of recent supervisory/management experience.  
  • Industries of interest are food processing, medical, or other high speed processing environments.     
Electronics/Electrical Engineer -- Project Manager (DB) 

Indianapolis, IN    

 

  • Must have a BS degree in Electrical engineering and or electronics; preferably a Masters degree in EE.  Requires 10 years of electronics problem solving, customer interaction, and product development experience preferably with experience in the integration of electronic components into design of safety and or consumer products.
  • Excellent computer literacy in electronics design.
  • Possess a high degree of electronics technical acumen.
  • Experience with communication products such as microphones, speakers, PCB coating, two-way radios, acoustics/acoustical testing techniques, PCB board trimming and electronics testing, including interference problems.
  • Experience with DECT systems, Bluetooth and other wireless products, FM and or AM/FM radios, MP3 players, and light weight headsets.
